From my early days as a Chief Radio/Electrical Engineer on the merchant ship/vessel; then my relocation to the U.S. to work as an Electrical Engineer; to a shift to Field Application Engineering—where I developed a deep understanding of customers technical requirements to resolve their everyday challenges; to my current role as a regional marketing leader for a discrete semiconductor components company—I have championed the design and development of new products, mobilized teams to win multimillion-dollar deals, and delivered double-digit revenue and market share growth, & : Developed and executed a strategic plan for Vishay Intertechnology, increasing sales in key customer accounts, identifying design win opportunities in customers end products, growing market share in distributor accounts, and driving sales through distributors—to deliver double-digit revenue growth YoY. Played an integral leadership role in the development of the PMIC solution for the Garmin Navigation units interpreting customer requirements, and overseeing the multimillion-dollar deal for Maxim Integrated Products, which led to the penetration of a new territory and customer wins. Designed the diesel engine control module for the Dodge Ram 1500, and was a key design contributor to the power supply for Mercedes’ emergency call module/system, serving as a senior electronics engineer in two divisions of Motorola. Founded a nonprofit to provide humanitarian aid to Ukraine, launching an idea to transport people out of the country (in ambulances) that led to partnerships with other nonprofits and to the delivery of life- and limb-saving medical supplies to hospitals.The combination of my technical and commercial expertise—along with my ability to bring teams together to create plans and execute—has enabled me to build and retain trusted relationships with small, medium, and Fortune 500 customers. I am recognized for my professional approach and making customers feel comfortable and valued—often accelerating their acceptance and adoption of products/solutions.
