I\'m an SPHR-certified Human Resources professional with a passion for building inclusive, people-centered workplaces. My career has spanned employee relations, DEI, compliance, training, and leadership development—always with a focus on aligning people strategy with business goals.I’ve supported organizations across industries in improving employee retention, performance management, and workforce development. At the Community College of Denver (CCD), I worked in both Employer Relations and Student Life, where I supervised student employees and supported a highly diverse student body through career and leadership programming. I’ve also collaborated with groups like Jefferson County Workforce and LeaderQuest to coach job seekers on resumes, interviews, and professional skills.Outside of traditional HR roles, I’ve been deeply engaged in community equity work. As a founding Co-President of Rename St*pleton for All and a former team member at Race2Dinner, I’ve led and facilitated courageous conversations around race, privilege, and systemic change—skills that directly inform my work in organizational culture and DEI strategy.I’m now looking to bring this unique blend of HR leadership and social equity advocacy to a mission-driven organization that values diversity, inclusion, and purposeful people practices.
