I am an experienced leader with a project management background in both the IT and academic industries. I\'ve supported a variety of projects and initiatives with a range of budgetary and schedule constraints. My focus on cultural awareness and sensitivity to enhance teams’ performance and satisfaction leads to increased productivity across internal teams and with clients.I worked in education and workforce development for over 10 years before transitioning into the IT solutions industry. Regardless of industry, I believe that real change in programs and processes should take into account the whole organization. Understanding every person\'s role within an organization can help guide meaningful change that helps everyone. Sometimes a small, simple change can have the biggest impact.My experiences have included working and living abroad since a young age. I grew up on US military bases in Panama and Japan and went on to live, study, and work abroad in England and Japan. Working with and learning from people with different backgrounds as myself is something I truly value. Each interaction enables me to broaden my perspective and gives insight into new ways of thinking.

I developed and implemented standardized project management processes and frameworks, ensuring consistency across all phases of project execution, from initiation through to completion.Key contributions included- PMO Development: Created and rolled out the PMO, setting clear standards for project phases, terminology, and defect management, which helped streamline project execution and ensure alignment with business objectives- Process Optimization: Developed standardized documentation templates and digital file management protocols, improving operational efficiency and ensuring consistency across all project teams- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Worked closely with key departments (Business Analysis, Product Development, and Quality Assurance) to align goals and foster effective communication, ensuring smooth project execution and team synergy- Project Delivery Leadership: Led the coordination and implementation of product initiatives, providing direction on Statement of Work (SOW) parameters, and ensuring that projects met agreed-upon scope, schedule, and quality objectives- Data-Driven Decision Making: Designed and maintained detailed project tracking systems, regularly reporting on scope, schedule, budget, and defect resolution.
