Enforces and monitors the terms of SAG-AFTRA Theatrical, Television, and Commercials Agreements, ensuring compliance with contract terms and working conditions on set- Identifies, initiates, and resolves claims on behalf of performers, such as hazard pay, upgrades, or timecard corrections- Monitors compliance with work rules for minors, including keeping track of hours worked and overseeing tutoring requirements- Ensures adherence to safety protocols during stunt performances and monitors potentially hazardous work to guarantee it meets required guidelines- Communicates with Business Representatives and Claims Managers to address and resolve on-set issues and concerns- Prepares and files detailed daily reports for each set covered, including theatrical films, television productions, and commercials- Represents and advocates for SAG-AFTRA members, promoting the organization and its mission- Builds and maintains working relationships with Producers, Unit Production Managers and Assistant Directors.
