I lead the global Employee Experience programs for the people in the Windows + Devices (W+D) organization. The programs I drive are: Learning & Development, Onboarding, Interns, Early-in-Profession, Manager Capability, Recognition, Bi-Annual Employee Listening Signals.What I focus on: Employee Experience at Scale — design, execute, and optimize our programs globally — enabling employees to thrive and do their best work! AI Learning & Skilling Initiatives — design and drive the global AI Learning Strategy to accelerate adoption of Microsoft Copilot and generative AI capabilities. Includes identifying learning needs/gaps, delivering training and workshops, and tailoring content for cross-functional audiences — from product managers/designers/engineers, to move employees from AI awareness to proficiency. Organizational Health & Culture — lead initiatives to improve team health, inclusion, onboarding, and compliance training. Partner with ERGs and leaders to foster connection and belonging. Business Operations — drive cross-functional planning and execution for employee experience programs (includes strategy setting, OKRs, budget planning). Design and improve operational rhythms, manage action item follow-ups, support exec decision making. Strategic Partnerships & Leadership Enablement — influence W+D leadership and lead executive forums with Chiefs of Staff, HR, and culture leads to align priorities, drive initiatives, and inform decisions with data. Data-Driven Impact — define and track success metrics (e.g, employee sentiment, OKRs) to inform decisions and demonstrate program effectiveness. Communications & Engagement — develop and manage internal communications to promote programs, share results, and drive engagement across W+D. Includes e-mails, newsletters, Viva Engage and SharePoint.
