About Geneva Walsh
As a scientist and researcher with more than 20 years of experience in all aspects of scientific research and development, I am looking to further my career and learn new experiences. I am currently seeking to change from the world of Pharmaceuticals and Biotechnology into the field of animal conservation. I have experience working with endangered turtle species as a volunteer and Canaveral National Park. I perform numerous and complex inspections and check sets to meet quality standards and have many years of prior experience in results review. As a “go to” employee, I have mentored and trained inspection supervisors and other staff in the inspections related to microbiology, immunology and chemical analysis. My coworkers and peers come to me for advice, and I have been both a formal and informal internal consultant supporting company goals and teamwork. I am a proficient communicator in all facets of communications and converse accurately and concisely with internal staff and external customers. As a committed problem solver and facilitator, I can bring skills to your company that will support the commitment to education and conservation. One update, that makes me very happy. My first rescue has been rehabilitated and will be released back into the wild. They are going to make a documentary about her condition, treatment and release.
