In my role at SALT Outreach, I lead both donor development and strategic communications to support the organization’s mission of serving individuals experiencing homelessness. I manage multi-channel fundraising efforts, cultivate donor relationships, and drive digital engagement to expand our reach and impact.Key Responsibilities:• Cultivate and steward a portfolio of individual donors, faith communities, and community partners• Develop donor journeys and manage communications to deepen engagement and grow giving levels• Execute annual campaigns, peer-to-peer fundraising, and special events• Support sponsorship development and manage sponsor deliverables across digital and print platforms• Maintain donor records using Bloomerang and analyze giving trends to inform strategy• Create and manage content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)• Develop and distribute email campaigns, donor newsletters, and blog content to highlight impact• Monitor digital analytics and adjust strategies to boost engagement and visibility• Represent SALT at churches, events, and community organizations to build partnerships and promote our missionThis role blends relationship-building with digital storytelling, allowing me to merge my passions for nonprofit work, communications, and faith-based service.
