A budding entrepreneur, Genesis has focused on using social media and networking to help companies and individuals spread their messages to the world and connected people to resources that have proven to be valuable to the growth of the business community. Her blog,\"Everyday Shines\", has seen her take an active role to educate people on topics such as interpersonal relationships, awareness of media\'s influence, social awareness, and emotional intelligence. The mother of one, she has also made it a point to be the best mother that she can be, often bringing her daughter to community events and encouraging her to get involved.
