About Genesis Reyes-Granados
A first-generation architecture student, I am devoted to learning how architecture can unite humanity. I am particularly passionate about place-based architecture and honoring the land of those who came before us. I am also passionate about sustainable architecture and am committed to designing for the environment and its inhabitants. My community involvement includes NOMAS (National Organization of Minority Architecture Students), Iowa Women in Architecture, AIA Iowa membership, and 4 years as a volunteer for the PGA John Deere Classic. Strong technical and visual representation skills are part of my design toolkit, and I am a dedicated student, employee, and peer who brings uplifting energy.
