As Taco Bell’s HRBP, my current focus is providing consulting and coaching from entry to Director level employees while continuously improving our culture and employee experience. This role allows me to support our values to believe in ALL people and fuel a growth mindset unlocked by innovation and creative thinking that are truly important to me while doing what I love- helping our teams succeed. I enjoy fostering close working relationships with all levels of the organization and building credibility for the human resource function while achieving the team and company goals. On a personal note, I love to spend my time exploring new places, volunteering, or getting in a good Bootcamp class!
