Since entering the workforce, I have thrived in roles that blend my passion for business strategy with the ability to connect people and ideas in impactful ways.Before joining the Talent team at Orion Group, I built my career across the expert network and executive recruiting spaces. I began in the expert network sector, specializing in healthcare and life sciences by connecting investment and business professionals with leading subject-matter experts across global markets. I later transitioned into executive recruiting within the financial services space, partnering with hedge funds, investment banks, private equity and asset managers to place senior-level talent. Building on my foundation in relationship-driven recruiting, I recently transitioned into a talent-focused role at Orion Group. At Orion, we partner with family- and founder-owned commercial and industrial field service businesses, supporting their growth by attracting and developing exceptional technical and managerial talent.
