I am a fourth-year Psychology major at Seton Hall University, passionate about exploring the diverse career paths that psychology offers. Through various experiential learning opportunities, including my roles as a Teaching and Research Assistant, I have developed a strong interest in understanding human behavior and helping others grow both personally and professionally. I’ve gained valuable insights into Industrial-Organizational Psychology through my internship at Amazon, where I focused on improving workplace processes and understanding what motivates people in professional settings. Additionally, my role as a Summer Associate at Dore Partnership, an executive search firm, has allowed me to build expertise in talent acquisition within the financial services sector. This experience strengthened my skills in networking, conducting in-depth research, and understanding the key drivers of success for both individuals and organizations. Beyond academics, I serve as the Director of the Student Activity Board, leading a team to plan and execute campus-wide events that foster student engagement and community. I’m always looking to explore new opportunities in psychology, particularly in areas like Industrial-Organizational Psychology, talent development, and executive search.
