Responsible for safe and efficient flight operations in a high-reliability, safety-critical environment while working closely with the captain, cabin crew, dispatch, and air traffic control to ensure compliance with company procedures and federal regulations.In addition to line flying, I serve as an active member of the Preferential Bidding System (PBS) Committee, working with pilots and scheduling teams to review bid construction, identify system improvements, and help ensure the bidding process remains fair, transparent, and aligned with pilot quality-of-life considerations. The committee collaborates with software providers and internal stakeholders to evaluate bidding rules, troubleshoot issues, and communicate system updates to the pilot group.
