Recognized as the 2019 LA Lakers Business Woman of the Year and the 2015 California Charter Teacher of the Year, she is the creator of Prismatic Leadership®, Intercultural Creativity®, and NeuroSomatic Creativity®. As Founder and Chief Creative Officer of CAFFE Strategies, Genein partners with C-Suite executives and organizations to design sustainable strategies that merge neuroscience with creativity and brain health. Her work empowers leaders and teams to unleash innovation for personal growth and organizational success. Her acclaimed framework, the 7 Gems of NeuroSomatic Creativity®, equips corporations and institutions to enhance brain health while strengthening the essential cognitive tools that fuel creativity, problem-solving, and resilience. Genein holds degrees in Psychology and Educational Development from UCLA and CSUN, and she is certified in Brain-Centric Design. A passionate Brain Health Activist, she collaborates with the Virtual Center for Brain Health to expand brain capital initiatives across both education and corporate sectors. With her 7 year old son, she writes books on brain capital and they both established the nation’s first Brain Capital Awareness Month in Buckeye and Phoenix, Arizona.
