When I moved to the USA in 2016, I worked as warehouse associate for Kango Express. It\'s a logistic company, a third party shipper in Delaware that was established in 2015. Currently, we ship to 11 countries and working on more countries to be on board for expansion. We have warehouses in Korea, Hong Kong, Japan and UK. I headed the operations and customer support team, and with every challenges that was brought our way. Our team worked harmoniously, smartly and diligently. Thus, I managed to climbed up the ladder and earned every promotions in every milestones and hardships that the company had.Part of my job responsibilities includes overseeing daily operations, calibrate policies and procedures, manage customer support team, in-charge of coordination with new franchisees, coordination with Global Manager regarding updates on new franchisee set-up and existing franchisee\'s concerns. Set-up the new warehouses and countries to ship to in the portal and personally in charge of the test shipments. I also train new employees and create (and update) training manuals. I am IATA HAZMAT certified, completed my certification last June 2022. I also worked together with the CEO with business development and expansion.I worked as a Sales and Marketing Manager for a travel company handling both leisure and labor travel before I left the Philippines. I spent over 17 years working in hotels and resorts. I started in Operations before I handled rooms, banquets and MICE reservations. I have an eye for detail, resilient and smart worker. I am trained to handle situation even under pressure. It is my job to exceed expectations and hit the target all the time.
