Gene Stillman is an environmental planner/NEPA specialist with over 25 years of experience managing and supporting projects involving natural resource management planning, habitat management and restoration, complex document preparation, federal and state agency coordination, and public involvement. Specific National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) tasks include the management of numerous environmental assessments (EA) and environmental impact statements (EIS).
