Since 2013 I have been helping business owners and thier leadership teams to get what they want from their business. I do that by implementing a simple business operating system with practical tools that helps them do three things - Vision, Traction and Healthy. Vision meaning getting the owners and the leadership team all on the same page understanding and agreeing where the company is going and how its going to get there. Traction from the standpoint of getting the leadership team more disciplined and acoountable executing on that vision. Healthy meaning getting the leadership team to function like a healthy team as we know sometimes leaders don\'t play well together. From there, as the leadership team goes-so goes the rest of the company and we eventually get everyone in the company understanding the vision, executing with more discipline and accountability and functioning as a healthy team.
