An enthusiastic individual experienced in leading constructive and cooperative working relationships within a team setting, with an eight-year background as a branch manager who leads the staff in exceeding sales goals while delivering excellent customer service. I have a strong focus on staff relations and teamwork. As the Financial Officer for Southern Monument I join a family business handling the everyday operations, inventory and financials. Customer care is my top priority and during these times its very important to keep great communication and care. I also, have been coaching for more than 30 years. I am beginning my 7th year as the head coach at Jacksonville University coaching their cheer team, dance team and mascot program. In my spare time I also run my own personal business, Crowning Entertainment LLC, where I direct a national pageant \"Miss Freedom USA\". Not only do we crown some incredible individuals to win great scholarships and prizes but we also give back to our military community in a big way! So that is just a brief summary of what my life is about.
