Passionate about management through leading the development of individuals in a positive team environment.I strongly believe this creates a safer environment and an increase in productivity. At work I focus on Applying Health and Safety procedures instead of just talking about them and find that this is only possible through clear communication between all parties involved. One of my main goals is to improve my ability to assess team members and their main qualities.With the aim of being able to apply this understanding for more effective communication.I have spent my trade career working both on and off the tools while studying outside of work hours for the past 5 years via tertiary institutions in NZ, Germany and Canada within the fields of Estimating, Project Management, Marketing and Linguistics.
