I was part of the team that took SpotLite360 public through a merger with a Canadian shell corporation. SpotlLite360 (LITE.CN) is traded on the CSE (Canadian Securities Exchange).Previous, the CFO of TrackX, Inc. a leader in RFID Software and Business Solution. I started with the company during the completion of it\'s Series A round of funding and went public on the Toronto Exchange. Additionally, TrackX Holdings, Inc. raised over $12M in additional equity and debt since 2016.I have provided due diligence and was instrumental in the research and selection of prospective buyers of MarketVision, Inc. which sold at $25 million with 80% cash and notes receivable and 20% stock; led the effort for MarketVision management through the integration of the company into ClientLogic; responsible for reporting all financial information for the Marketing Services line of business and subsequently retained by ClientLogic to integrate the software and database business into their business, as Chief Financial Officer.

Spotlite360’s flagship SaaS solution has been engineered to seamlessly track the movement of a product by integrating with systems of all major stakeholders in a supply chain ranging from the raw materials to the hands of the end consumer. With a primary objective of onboarding new clients in 2021, Spotlite360 plans to explore innovative use cases for its proprietary stack of technologies which could transform logistics workflows in some of the world’s largest industries.
