   Northrop Grumman is an aerospace/defense company headquartered in Falls Church, VA. It is one of the world’s largest providers of military technology. The future of the aerospace and defense industries holds great promise, as our country has committed significant funding to reinvigorate space travel/exploration, which has a direct bearing on my market segments. As a Senior Level Program Manager, I am responsible for overseeing all aspects of contracted Statements of Work (SOWs) and for successfully managing all contractual, financial, technical, and schedule aspects of each program. My accomplishments include: Managed P&L for multi-million dollar budgets across multiple programs. Oversaw a cross-functional team of associates with a wide range of skill sets, ensuring roles and responsibilities of team members are understood and well executed. Acted as single point of contact regarding all aspects of programs, managing client expectations and interactions. Coordinated all program activities, from proposal and negotiation through award, development and product delivery. Managed technical resources within budget and project schedule, working with other project leads to identify and assign resources to projects and develop/grow teams. Made decisions on administrative and operational issues affecting the success of the organization.
