ABOUT GENE CRABTREE

Gene is the Executive Advisor to Cobec Consulting in areas of Growth, Strategy and Business Development and has been a part of the exceptional team at Cobec since 2019. He is a strong supporter of the Cobec culture and the unique skills and services that Cobec brings to all of their clients. He is always looking for opportunities to bring highly skilled and motivated former FAA employees to Cobec. He is supporting the Technical Operations group, AJW-2 and the AJV-S13 group with executive advisory activities surrounding Corporate Planning Strategy in future years of Program Execution. Retired from the FAA with over 37 years, holding positions in the Senior Executive Service, as Deputy Vice President of Technical Operations and Director for Technical Operations. Excellent motivational speaker with extremely well-rounded leadership experience. He has exceptional skill sets for winning others over to include mentoring and facilitating career development. He possesses an intense understanding of organizational structures, their connections and their ultimate relationships fostered by Leaders. He consistently models collaboration and fosters lifelong mentoring skills and relationships for the development of others. In addition to his 37 years in the FAA, Gene has over 9 years of private industry experience/services providing Senior level Consulting support, Business Process Re-Engineering, direct facilitator and coaching expertise to AJM, AJW and AJV in the ATO Corporate Planning efforts,(CPI). I\'ve written this recommendation of Gene\'s work to share with other LinkedIn users, Cathy Wright, Overland Resources Group “Gene is a consummate professional, whose combination of qualities make him an outstanding and well-rounded leader. He takes personal accountability for his areas of responsibility and assures follow-through with rigor that is too rare in organizations today. Rather than avoiding conflict as so many are prone to do, Gene views difficult situations as opportunities to explore diverse perspectives and come to creative solutions focused on achieving shared outcomes. He is goal-oriented, committed to continuous improvement of himself and his organization, and he is among the best I\'ve seen at \"walking the talk\" to assure his actions match his words. All that AND he is tremendously fun to work with!\"
