Gene is the Executive Advisor to Cobec Consulting in areas of Growth, Strategy and Business Development and has been a part of the exceptional team at Cobec since 2019. He is a strong supporter of the Cobec culture and the unique skills and services that Cobec brings to all of their clients. He is always looking for opportunities to bring highly skilled and motivated former FAA employees to Cobec. He is supporting the Technical Operations group, AJW-2 and the AJV-S13 group with executive advisory activities surrounding Corporate Planning Strategy in future years of Program Execution. Retired from the FAA with over 37 years, holding positions in the Senior Executive Service, as Deputy Vice President of Technical Operations and Director for Technical Operations. Excellent motivational speaker with extremely well-rounded leadership experience. He has exceptional skill sets for winning others over to include mentoring and facilitating career development. He possesses an intense understanding of organizational structures, their connections and their ultimate relationships fostered by Leaders.
