I am a results-oriented Marketing Professional with more than 15 years’ experience in Project Management, Product Development and Marketing. I have lead all aspects of the product development life-cycle from inception, engineering design, manufacturing and launch into the marketplace. This includes working with multiple Global vendors to create exciting new and profitable opportunities. My expertise includes interacting with Senior Management and leading cross-functional teams to grow the business while exceeding financial benchmarks. My experience is working with and managing a high volume of products focused within the Corporate, Academic and Sports industries. Select accomplishments include: Having streamlined operations through the reorganization and implementation of new processes and procedures, the result was decreased spending and increased productivity companywide. Based on individual client’s needs, I researched, analyzed and developed new products annually and was recognized by the Las Vegas Industry Panel as “Best in Class” 4 times. I created two custom designed revenue generating programs, resulting in in increased sales. My responsibility for cultivating new Global vendor relationships, culminated in cost savings and improved delivery time by 2 months. I am a natural leader who can guide teams through complex and diversified projects, with motivated participation. I have a cooperative and collaborative management style, leading by example and developing a spirit of trust amongst workers. The cross-functional teams I have lead, regularly tackle new projects with enthusiasm coming in on time and under budget. I make a positive an impact on the business in all positions I have held.
