ABOUT GENEVIÈVE DUPUIS

I help financial institutions and services build the product capabilities they need to compete — from the ground up.Over the past decade, I’ve led product and experience functions at the intersection of strategy, design, and delivery in financial services. At Desjardins, I lead four teams — Product Management, Product Design, Performance, and Strategic Planning — as part of a large-scale transformation of the business banking platform. That means building the practice itself: defining how we work, how we measure outcomes, and how we shift from project-based execution to product-led delivery. Before that, at Laurentian Bank, I led the strategy and experience behind virtual advisory services. At National Bank, I drove digital credit card onboarding and cross-functional product roadmaps. Across these roles, the throughline has been the same: taking ambiguous, high-stakes mandates and turning them into structured, outcome-driven roadmaps. What I bring to senior product roles— Experience building product management and design practices in complex, regulated environments— A track record of aligning cross-functional stakeholders around outcome-based roadmaps— The ability to operate between the strategic and the granular — from board-level narrative to sprint-level decisions— Genuine fluency in financial services: products, regulation, distribution, and the customerI’m particularly drawn to fintech and scale-up environments where the mandate is to build something meaningfully better — not just incrementally improve what exists.
