About Genaro P.
I am a protein chemist who applies quantitative MS-proteomics and bioinformatics to answer biomedical questions. My achievements range from identifying post-translational modifications in oncoproteins like JNK, to combining mRNA transcriptomics with SILAC proteomics in cancer B cells. I have also used label-free and TMT proteomics to discover protein networks in the plasma proteome of septic mice. Since moving away from the bench, I have had leadership responsibilities at several institutions.
