I thought Digitalisation and IoT were buzzwords and by going paperless, having a mobile, tablet and laptop I was being digital. I’ve implemented and experienced first hand how machine data and digital automation can enhance work processes and deliver productivity. I see what remote process automation can achieve in a business where SAP transactional processes dominate. I\'ve also seen how digital natives are coming into the workforce and disrupting the way we do things. But instead of running for the hills I\'ve helped to create a Reverse Mentoring group so that the older generation can share and learn together. I\'m excited for what the future brings and can\'t wait for the next big innovation!
