I built and motivated teams exceeding 200 employees, driving $270M+ in annual retention revenue and delivering six consecutive J.D. Power awards for #1 in Customer Satisfaction. My experience spanned everything from teaching and motivating staff to organizing large-scale all-team meetings, preparing executive presentations, analyzing performance data, and ensuring safety and compliance across all operational areas.I’m known for my ability to balance strategy and execution, analyzing complex data to uncover opportunities, identify strengths, and correct inefficiencies, all while fostering an environment of accountability and empowerment. I’ve competed and won CrossFit competitions both solo and on teams, and my favorite adventure, the Nā Pali Coast hike in Kauai is one I’ve done twice.
