I\'m responsible for managing our CRM; creating, growing and nurturing talent communities and building unique candidate journeys!Strategy is a huge part of the role; looking at strategic workforce planning, identifying gaps in talent and working closely with our Intelligence team to ensure that we\'re building out a strategy to fill those gaps.Using advanced automation and conditional logic, I create bespoke journeys aligned to candidate skillsets. The role is a mix of recruitment and recruitment marketing, using my experience as a recruiter and my love of the candidate experience to really drive exceptional journeys.I work with Senior Business Leaders, our Global SuccessFactors team and local teams to ensure that we support our candidates as they progress through their EY journey.I\'m extremely passionate about Neurodiversity and have enjoyed working on a unique project with our Neuro-Diverse Centre of Excellence harnessing the functionality of our CRM Beamery to deliver a candidate journey like you\'ve never seen before. The project won two prestigious RAD Awards for Innovation and Candidate Experience which was definitely one of the highlights of my professional career.

I\'m a mum, I have a dog, I once broke my wrist pulling a cracker and I played the bagpipes for 7 years (badly).Here in my day job, I am all about improving the recruitment experience from start to finish.
