I work with young people (18+) and adults in full-time private practice. I work with each individual as a whole, unique person, offering different perspectives of the human experience. I adapt how I work with each person depending on their needs in the here-and-now. I draw upon different theories to ensure I work in response to each individual’s needs. I work in a Person-Centred way to help me see the world from your viewpoint. I am informed by Transactional Analysis (T.A.) to explore patterns of relating within yourself and with others. I also use tools to bring awareness to the body’s experience in the present moment combined with the practice of self-acceptance. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) working within their Ethical Framework to ensure a safe and professional practice.As a Career Change Coach (see below), I still run the Firework programme in its entirety when requested. I also integrate elements of this into my counselling if and when appropriate.
