Eagle Eye is a leading SaaS marketing technology company that enables businesses to create a real-time connection to attract and retain customers, through digital promotion, gift and loyalty services.\\\\n\\\\nOur digital marketing platform, Eagle Eye AIR, is an easy to use, easy to integrate platform powering the issuance and redemption of digital offers and rewards, at scale securely and across multiple channels. You can see when activity takes place in real-time, getting a single customer view.\\\\n\\\\nWithin Eagle Eye I have been responsible for maintaining and adding new features to the AIR platform that allow clients to run various different promotions. I am currently responsible for a flagship award nominated product that connects POS systems to Eagle Eye through a set of APIs, moving the management of promotions away from the physical hardware and into the cloud so retailers can move at speed to bring new offers and greater personalisation to their customers.\\\\n\\\\nI take an active role at helping the software engineering teams understand agile and guide us collectively to the most effective way of working based on the personalities and skill sets in each team.\\\\n\\\\nI am also the two times champion of the Eagle Eye Fantasy Football League.
