I specialise in coaching individuals, leaders and teams to confidently embrace their true identities - uncovering their inner potential and purpose. My approach goes beyond surface-level coaching; I delve deep into uncovering values, needs, and authentic identities, often tackling issues such as imposter syndrome and building unshakable confidence. Through personalised 1-2-1, dynamic group coaching and workshop facilitation, I establish a deep level of trust, fostering a safe space where clients can explore their aspirations and move forward to achieve their goals. With a toolkit of probing questions and fresh perspectives, I create space for clients to open their minds to new possibilities and different ways of thinking.
