I began my career in theatre by forming a company Shunt (19••••14). We pioneered a new form of audience-centred immersive performance, winning multiple awards.\'Radical. Original. Incredible. Immersive. An astounding piece of theatre.\' Time Out most innovative theatre company in Britain\' The Guardian\'Shunt pioneered what came to be called immersive theatre\' WiredIn 2004, Nicholas Hytner programmed us as part of his inaugural season at the National Theatre. Tropicana was a cult hit, mainlining immersive theatre into popular culture. Then we opened the famed Shunt Lounge Nightclub (2006-10).\'The Best Bar in London\' Evening Standard.After Shunt, I have worked at the RSC - commissioned to write and direct an immersive devised show for their main programma.
