ABOUT GEMMA BRIDLE
I am a Procurement Consultant having worked in the retail sector for more than 15 years. I have a strong HR and Finance procurement background and have previously managed large Finance, Payroll and HRIS transformation projects which encompassed full end-to-end procurement management and negotiating with the key service providers in the market. I have also managed procurement projects including rewards, benefits, recruitment, company cars along with compliance systems and e-sourcing. I have held roles with specific responsibility for driving procurement governance and best practice which included development of strategy, policies and procedures. Alongside the HR and finance focus, I am also a good procurement generalist having been involved in many procurement projects throughout my career to date.I have a strong background in developing and prioritising strategic category plans to maximise the deliverable savings from specific key business categories and I can effectively define the sourcing approach, provide market analysis and develop specifications for all areas.
