I have over fifteen years of experience within this field with twelve of those years spent operating at “Senior Leadership Team” level. I am an MBA qualified business development/marcomms expert within further education and ‘Skills Need’ Ofsted nominee. I have a major track record in bidding and winning largescale projects for colleges including Strategic Development Funds, Innovate UK, Combined Authority and Local Skills Improvement Fund (LSIF) and have led my recent college through considerable financial turnaround through the diversification of income streams, business harmonisation, securing market share on 16-18 (growth of 10% in two years) and adult enrolment, campus consolidation and innovation.I have award winning adult provision including over 700 learners accessing into employment and bootcamp co-designed provision with leading employers.
