Responsible for managing the Business Systems function of ICT. • Management of a team of Technical Business Analysts, SQL Developers, QA Analysts and Process Analysts.• Project management of a large, complex HR and Payroll system implementation, ensuring quality software is delivered to strict time and cost constraints.• responsible for implementing a care management system to support our colleagues in their every day role, really put the people we support at the heart of it and give the business that competitive advantage. • responsible for implementing a new robust and scalable Finance system to streamline processes, mitigate risk and support the business financial function. • responsible for implementing a data warehouse with a suite of PowerBI reports to provide the business with the KPI and MI data it requires to support effective decision making and empower users to self serve and manipulate their own data. • Building solid relationships with both key internal and external stakeholders. • Requirements gathering and analysis.• Designing technically feasible solutions.• SQL database and system development.• Data mapping / cleansing.• Creation of both technical and functional specifications.• Design, creation and execution of test plans.• Facilitating User Acceptance Testing sessions.• Escalation of risks / issues to Project Sponsor / Managing Director.• Budget Management.• Documentation of training material and responsible for training delivery.• Reporting via clear and concise analysis of client data and interpretation of results using SQL Server, SQL Server Report Builder, PowerBI and Excel.• Quality management, ensuring work is delivered on time and to the highest possible quality standards.• Significant involvement in the tender and procurement process of new software.• Streamlining processes and making efficiencies. • 3rd line applications support.
