I’ve always been nosy. Professionally, we call it “qualitative research,” but really, I just like understanding what makes people tick.I started out in fieldwork, clipboard in hand, asking strangers questions. Then came the deep dives at Tangible Branding and Acacia Avenue, where I learned how to listen properly, not just politely.Before starting a family, I launched Podengo — a research business designed to give me freedom, and a space to keep doing what I love on my own terms. That love for qual research has never left. Over the years, I’ve worked as a freelance consultant for agencies, brands and start-ups, helping them get to the heart of what really matters to people.I’ve always believed business should be curious, soulful, and human. So I’ve followed my nose into all sorts of ventures:Podengo TV, bringing insight to life through film.Lulu Lush, a mobile cocktail bar dressed in vintage glamour.Houndstruth, a community for people as dog-mad as I am.And now Reve Retreat, a peaceful corner of south-west France for yoga, family celebrations, wild co-working escapes and starry skies.Work, for me, has always been about following curiosity.
