Available in June - Receive and manage weekly targets from the Line Producer and VFX Producer, translating priorities into clear artist schedules and deliverables- Arrange, attend, and run briefing meetings and turnovers with VFX Supervisors and artists, ensuring all notes and briefs are clearly communicated- Maintain full visibility of show status by tracking asset and shot progress against schedules within the production database (ShotGrid)- Accompany supervisors and leads during daily rounds, capturing feedback, updating briefs, and communicating schedule dependencies across teams- Monitor artist activity and progress, flagging updates and risks to Producers to support schedule execution- Organise, run, and take detailed notes for dailies and client review sessions (in-house and remote)- Keep supervisors and artists informed of client feedback, shot changes, and brief updates in real time- Ensure production data is consistently updated and accurate to support reporting and project visibility- Collaborate closely with Production, Supervision, Editorial, Data IO, Crewing, and wider teams to maintain smooth workflows- Proactively identify opportunities to improve communication, efficiency, and team support across shows.Credits-\'Unreleased TV Show’ (2027)
