ABOUT GEMMA MAYNE
I build inclusive, scalable People practices that grow with the business. My most recent roles have been in start-ups and SME\'s, working primarily with technical teams (hardware, embedded software, product and research engineers). I\'m particularly drawn to technology companies and/or those building something meaningful with a purpose we can all rally around.I build trust quickly to become a true partner to leaders. I\'m equal parts confidante, coach and sparring partner and I\'m always the honest voice in the room.🧠 I take a people as a product approach, which means I treating the employee experience with the same intentionality and iteration as product development. That means lots of co-creation, feedback loops and iteration. I have experience of implementing HRIS and ATS, and building people op’s from scratch. Most recently I have been upskilling on using AI to power up people operations. I’m passionate about creating seamless, inclusive employee experiences that scale with the business. From onboarding to offboarding, I believe every touchpoint is an opportunity to inspire, support, and empower.
