Responsible for the complex cross functional programmes of work that willenable efficiencies and profit growth for the business in future years- Lead the £1 billion structural cost saving programme, achieving £350m in year one, on track to deliver target of £332m in FY26- Partnering with KPMG to lead a Zero-Based Operating Model review for Sainsbury’s Logistics and Retail functions- Launched Transformation Discovery for Sainsbury’s: a team responsible for connecting Sainsbury’s Strategic outcomes with cost reduction efficiencies and profit pool opportunities across the present to 5 year time horizon - Partnership Deloitte, Sainsbury’s Procurement and Finance teams to develop and deliver the first GNFR cost reduction programme: exploring what we buy across the business- Leading complex, cross functional Transformation teams, reporting to the Operating Board.
