At Forum, a platform that builds real-time expert intelligence layers for AI, I’ve worked across product, data, and AI quality, owning projects that ranged from technical infrastructure to UI/UX and engineering on core products. I worked on the design and rollout of our Source Evaluation System, a multi-step LLM pipeline with expert-in-the-loop labeling that identifies bias, missing context, and usage guidance -significantly improving the quality and transparency of AI output. I also helped create our data delivery platform, designing crawlable infrastructure and API pipelines for LLM partners, and translating requirements into clear technical specs, wireframes, and sprint-ready stories for engineering. In parallel, I drove the development and launch of our Expert Contribution Experience, conducting user research with 50+ domain experts and collaborating with UX/UI and engineering to deliver an AI-driven, seamless platform for expert content creation and integration. What ties all of this together is a love for tackling ambiguous problems!
