Responsible for the facilities and health and safety of Zenith’s Head Office sq ft.• Approver of all FM related invoices including Lease, Service Charge, Electricity, circa £2M+• Support the business with initiatives to maintain and enhance the employee workplace• Manage the reception, cleaning and facilities team• Successfully managed contractor relationships and performance• Audit and maintain physical security procedures, in accordance with the Compliance team• Guardian for business continuity plan and out of hours contact• Owner of the company travel plan, parking policy and related projects such as EV charging• Risk Assessments to include MAT, DSE, Occupational Health, PEEPs, Young Persons,Social Events.• Supporting the Sustainability Manager with ESG initiatives / EcoVadis and ESG committee• Responsible for colleague recognition, including monthly rewards, long service and annualChristmas vouchers• Organiser of the annual Christmas party for 600+ colleagues• Supporting colleagues with Tenders / Procurement / ISO evidence• Management of all PPM / Reactive Maintenance• Go to contact for stationary, catering, incoming/outgoing mail, couriers, corporate travelbookings, vending machines, first aid and fire evacuations.• Management of all FM internal comms and uploading to company Intranet• IOSH Managing Safely Refresher - ongoing
