ABOUT GEMMA KIRKBY
As part of the Digital Product team, I support in the discovery, creation and delivery of our digital product roadmaps. Focusing on the customer and agent experience, my team works closely with development teams, designers and the wider business to deliver new products and roll out new features to existing ones, that ensure we are delivering the best possible customer outcomes. I began my journey with Capital One on a graduate scheme in Operations, completing rotations within our Fraud department as a Process Manager, our Business Risk Office as a Risk Manager, and I finished the scheme in a Project Management role which I remained in for 2 years. During that time, I completed and achieved the MSP Foundation Certificate and MSP Practitioner Certificate in Programme Management. Prior to starting at Capital One, I graduated from the University of York with a First Class Honours degree.
