Those ‘light bulb’ or ‘ah-ha’ moments in life are often few and far between. As a facilitator, I set up a learning environment that promotes the cause of self-discovery. Whether you are learning a new skill or improving your personal development, you are on a quest for discovery – vital to the growth of both the individual and their employer.Real talk, personability and true belief in the content I deliver, allows me to create an environment which embraces experiential learning; a powerful way of obtaining new attitudes and knowledge. It can be a giddy place when people enjoy their learning experience. I am very encouraging by nature with a passion for helping others increase their confidence through creative training methods which are interactive, inclusive and fun.I have good working relationships which builds for a great understanding of training needs. I can adapt or bespoke courses to suit individual or company requirements. I am extremely adaptable and imaginative, a positive and energetic trainer and consequently I have received 100% positive feedback.
