ABOUT GEMMA HENDY
I am a studious, well-mannered individual. I am enthusiastic and thrive when I am able to expand my knowledge base. My goal is to achieve the best in everything that I do. I am passionate about statistics, especially when the statistics I produce are in the public eye and of interest to academics and politicians. I am able to use Python to an intermediate level, being able to produce graphs and basic statistical testing. I am also competent with IBM SPSS, being able to analyse data through regressions, t-tests, analyses of variance and correlations. I am able to use excel to produce basic summary statistics and to calculate correlations. I have good communication skills as I have practiced throughout my time in education in the form of presentations. As I am a good communicator, my interpersonal skills are at a high standard. I am able to work as part of a team as I am aware of my strengths that can improve the efficiency of the team however I am also able to lead a team, as I have recently whilst completing a research report. Working independently is also a skill I possess as I am able to keep on task and complete all deadlines on time. I am computer literate and have good organisational skills.
