With over 20 years of experience in the creative arts sector, I have led and developed innovative and engaging curriculum and programs for learners of all levels and backgrounds. As the Head of the Institute - Digital & Creative at Hull College, I oversaw the strategic direction and quality improvement of the institute, ensuring alignment with the college\'s vision and values. I also collaborated with external partners and stakeholders to secure funding, resources, and opportunities for the institute and its students. As the Assistant Director of Curriculum in Creative Arts and the Senior Curriculum Leader for Creative Arts, I managed and supported a team of talented and passionate staff, while also delivering my own specialist subject of textiles and general art & design for L1, L2 and L3. I have skills in Photoshop, E-Learning, and Training, as well as a strong commitment to excellence, innovation, and inclusivity in the creative arts. I am passionate about empowering and inspiring the next generation of creative professionals and leaders, and I am always eager to learn and grow from new challenges and experiences.
