I’m a business leader with extensive experience in the communications, public affairs and reputation space over the past 25 years. In my current role as Chief Communications Officer for PVH Corp, I proudly lead an amazing team that manages our global external and internal communications and stakeholder engagement. As a member of our leadership team, I work with my colleagues and partners to shape our company narrative, guide teams through change, and serve as a trusted partner during moments that matter.Prior to joining PVH, I spent seven years at Danone North America, the global food and beverage leader, where I led Communications and then Corporate Affairs. Previously, I was the VP, Head of Communications for Anheuser-Busch, overseeing the full scope of external and internal comms for the U.S, as part of the world’s largest brewer, with some of the most loved - and scrutinized - beer brands in the world (Budweiser, Bud Light).Before A-B, I spent 13+ years at Brunswick Group advising CEOs and boards, with a focus on consumer-facing brands, food and beverage, and private equity, and with specialisms in M&A, post-merger transformation, and what I like to call “things that go bump in the night”. I am a passionate believer in the power of communications to scale strategy and drive business growth, engage colleagues, and effectively manage challenges. I am at my happiest when I am tackling complex challenges and opportunities in partnership with smart colleagues; when you have the right people around the table, I believe everything is possible.Across every chapter of my career, I’ve tried to lead with both judgment and humanity—building high-performing teams defined by trust, resilience, and partnership.
