With over 15 years of operational experience and a proven track record of value delivery, I am a senior sprint lead and business intelligence (BI) consultant at Openreach, the UK\'s leading digital network business. I lead a team of senior BI consultants and sprint leads who use lean, agile, six sigma, and DMAIC methodologies to deliver projects that improve critical business and customer issues.I have successfully delivered £12.9 million of efficiencies vs a target of £6.3 million. I have also developed the team internally and externally with APMG Agile skills and BQF accreditation (green belt six sigma). I have evolved the team to support both sprints and rapid recovery projects, and the team is in the top 5% of engaged teams across the whole of Openreach. I am passionate about delivering change from concept to delivery, and I am honored to be a UK judge for the CCMA
