I am a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse with 16 years Postgraduate experience. I have practical skills and knowledge across an array of mental health settings and age ranges. I have secured roles within Service Management, Crisis Care and Assessment team lead. I have developed assessment pathways and Standard Operating Procedures and have been freelance working for around 5 years.
