I’m fascinated by the power of information — not just collecting it, but making sense of it in a way that drives real change. In my role in regulatory compliance at National Grid Electricity Distribution, I spend my time turning complex requirements into something clear, useful and actionable. Alongside this, I’m studying for a Level 4 Data Analyst apprenticeship to sharpen my skills in analysis and storytelling with data.I believe good data leads to better decisions, and that regulation isn’t just a tick-box — it’s the conscience of a business. When information is clear, people feel more confident, purposeful and productive. That’s the part of my work I love most: helping people cut through the noise so they can focus on what matters.A lot of my perspective comes from rugby. Playing women’s rugby at Championship 1 level taught me that the best teams aren’t made up of identical players — they succeed because everyone brings their strengths and knows when to step up. I try to carry that lesson into my work too: valuing differences, building trust, and creating the conditions where people can do their best.
