Establishing and leading on spread and adoption of both nationally and locally identified priority innovations across the North West Coast. Designing and delivering on programmes focused on pathway redesign and innovation adoption within the NHS, in collaboration with various stakeholders including Providers, Primary and Community Care, Integrated Care Systems, Local Authorities, Social Care, Patients, Public and SMEs. Working with our local region to identify their system priorities and to use our innovation pipeline to increase capacity and capability to assess the local value of new innovations and to spread their use more widely across the system. Leading, driving and supporting the planning, management and delivery of key implementation and quality improvement projects. Establishing and leading on improvement collaboratives and engagement workshops, bringing together key stakeholders to support change initiatives in many organisations. Measuring the impact of programmes and projects across the region and providing regular update progress reports.
